This book should not be called meals in a jar.

Very few meals in a jar. Mostly jams, salsa and sauce. Waste of money.

Notta Lotta Meals

There are 50 recipes in this book, only 5-6 of them could be considered "meals" in jars. One stew, two chili, and soups. The rest are sauces, preserves, pickles, and salsas. The author also doesn't tell you how many jars to prep for each recipe. Might be good for beginners, but if you're looking for recipes for actual meals in a jar, I would suggest another book.
