Adults coloring? Why not? Helps in many ways to relieve stress, self meditate, relax and just enjoy some quiet time. The designs were drawn at the end of the day (my quiet time) and I used to add color. Then friends saw them and told me they wanted to color them and so I decided to make an "adult" coloring book- more complex in design. Choosing and applying colors can make each piece unique to you.
