Author's Note This book is an attempt to describe one doctor's experience with the federal government from arrest through the trial. As Fedzilla-the monster of a federal government-continues to grow and reach out with its long tentacles into every tiny corner of our lives, every citizen is at risk. Prosecutors, district attorneys, judges, lawyers, all seek to justify their existence and dine at the public trough, like insatiable pigs. If you are not careful, (and sometimes, even if you are), you will become the snack du jour. No lie is "too big to fail", and no truth is too small to bury or ignore. Join me on my journey to hell, as witnesses lie, evidence is fabricated, attorneys scheme, and the truth gets trampled in the stampede to "win at all cost". In this country, we have been taught (indoctrinated) to trust the police and to believe in our system of justice. Those lofty ideals, however, are rapidly becoming fodder for nightmares, as more and more innocent citizens are thrown into the meat grinder of "the system", emerging in a different form, their lives changed forever. If you think this can't happen to you, think again. This is just one story, but if you are not careful, it could become yours.
