Precinct is a mix of stories involving characters from the Michael Casoni police series - Casoni himself, Jennifer Santino, Reichmann and others. There are other tales too involving the NYPD. The stories are set in New York in the pre 9 11 days, back in the eighties when memories of Vietnam were still raw. Many of the stories revolve around this conflict.
