Misleading photo (guide book only)

When I received notice that a copy of Elmer Brooks Pre-Math It was in stock and available for purchase, I ordered it immediately believing from the photo and description of a package weighing 5 lbs. that it was the entire set which includes the instruction booklet, game board, and set of double-nine dominoes. I received only the guide book. When I double checked the description from a laptop, the description is different than what I read when I placed the order from a mobile device.
