This book formally used by National Catholic Center for Addictions, is a great resource and tool to use daily. 215 Pages with a 14 day Morning, Midday, Evening and Night prayer program. Covers the following daily topics Denial, Rationalization, Sin, Love, Dependence, Confession, Slavery, Truth, Temptation, Humiliation, Pain, Relief, Despair, and Forgiveness. Written for Catholics, I think all Christians will get a lot out of it.
