Particularly for parents with severly ill children

at first reading was disappointed that not more attention was given to grief. I lost my daughter Thanksgiving 2020; she was alcoholic and died in a car wreck. I was sure I had not grieved enough because it was grief filled with anger. Chris Jackson and his wife lost their first born at 3 years old after continuous prayyer and supplication and best medical treatment available. Co-authored with Dutch Sheets the book takes you thru the Old Testament and the many losses suffered in Genesis, Job, Ruth and others thereby giving thr reader a firm foundation on which to consider and grieve his loss and reminding us that the Lord gave us 30 days for grief and after that we had to get on with living our lives and let the Lord make you whole again and open your eyes to the new oppotunities that are coming your way.
