In this book you will find a sequence of two printed guide pages followed by five lined journal pages.
Each week you may wish to fill out new guide pages and then throughout the rest of the week use the lined pages to record your thoughts.
The printed pages include some bible verses that may be incorporated into your prayers for yourself or others if you desire.
There are also some fill-in-the-blank lines to help you remember what your current prayer needs are.
