Prayer has always been an integral part of Christians and others believers of faith life journey. Especially, when one is faced with an enormity of survival incidents. Such as, unending situations of harsh criticisms, sarcastic remarks of degradation; in humane treatment, and others nuisances of insults, and innuendos of pointing the finger of blame. Faith believers are always able to go within-to commune with a source of a higher power; that will give them a more pristine understanding of a direct connection with God; during those specific times of seeking reassurance about certain difficult matters of life.In his book, "Prayer for an Occasion", Reverend Braxton offers a plethora of prayer recipes, that provides food for thought, as he try to help the readers; in particularly, people who are baby Christian; or new faith believers; to understand; how important it is to have a productive prayer life; and to comprehend what it means to have that special relationship between God's mind, Jesus Christ, and the human mind. The important of the benefits of prayer is put forth; and just how one should pray. He explains that if you expect to have an effective and productive prayer life; the proper foundation must be laid out; just as an architect does when the plans are put in place to build a residential home, or a commercial facility. He goes on to share and reveal, that once a person know how to pray; know what to ask for; in accordance to; what their needs might be; and then to express it in supplications to God-that certain request, to fulfill those needs. Which may have a direct impact on the results for the benefits that you are seeking and expecting. And that might be to know the feeling of joy; experience the gift of agape love.
