Practicality

Theory versus application has always been a struggle for me in anything. I like to know what I need to do with the information that I receive. Practicality is about aligning what we know with what we should do and how that looks in our everyday lives. This 12-day devotional is an examination of the book of James. The goal is to take the principles shared by James and help readers apply them to their lives in a practical way. Although James is rich in instruction, wisdom, and knowledge, I'm only released to share what God has highlighted to me in this season. Readers will have the opportunity to gain their own revelations, meditate on the scripture, be empowered to shift their perspective, self-reflect on their thoughts, feelings, words, and actions, pray, and understand how to apply the word of God to their everyday life. Overall, readers will leave this study strengthened and reassured of their identity in Christ which will provide them with the confidence needed to help them practically live a life that is reflective of the heart of Christ.
