The book by Professor Fritz Schmidt, head of the Photographic Department of the Higher Technical Institute in Karlsruhe, is a valuable source of information about the history of the development of the technical side of photography. The book describes in detail the materials and tools you need to create photographic images, the rules of their treatment, as well as the process of creation, presentation and fixing the image. The publication is illustrated with lots of pictures with the image of the past at the time of achievements of European designers in photographic technology.
