These notes that I have made for the students of the medical school of any university, especially with specialty in gynecology and obstetrics, is with my highest interest to provide them with a practical, accessible and modern tool so that each student has the opportunity to guide their studies from the basic principles, the fundamental for their beginnings, from learning without needing to look for different sources of knowledge; This is the first stage of the study of medicine in an integral, shallow and simplified way, so that each student considers medical science as a whole, as the possibility of self-evaluation and be their own critic, their own promoter of directed research.Each section allows you to delve into concepts that are not completely clear for each one and self-motivate to continue enriching your knowledge of those topics of interest; They learned each concept for themselves and understood the value of its content, the student will have the possibility of entering more specific subjects such as Anatomy, Biology or Chemistry, essential foundations to complement their studies in this first stage of their career.I have not considered imposing a detailed directory that guides them towards a particular topic or specialty because it is not a didactic book, but self-taught, where the student or researcher requires the spirit of exploration; like having the curiosity to discover concepts or ideas of a science so wide and complete that I hope it motivates them to intercommunicate those concepts and scientific data that I include them so that they press them in the search of similarities, concordances or similarities of each specialty, and make his study a work of that search of data that takes them to add in all of them the medical technology that is expected of each one of you; I wish you much encouragement in discovering the interesting and challenging entanglement of medicine so that you can be worthy and honest representatives of a responsible and serious professional, but above all informed, luck.
