This is not a review of the book. It's a good book, no complaints. This is a review of the PRICE, before you send $40 to someone for this little pocket-sized handbook, please be aware that you can buy it for $3.95 in any bookshop in Bali. Yes, that's $4, or a measly 10% of the asking price for new/used books on this website. Don't be fooled. It's not out of print, it's just foreign! My suggestion; learn some basic Bahasa and then pick up this book at Periplus when you arrive in Bali. No, it's not the same thing, but nor are the prices! Or shall we put it another way ... the price difference between the online US asking price and its real retail value is the same as three gourmet meals in some of the best Bali restaurants ... for two people! Or a night at a comfortable hotel with private pool. Do the math!
