I'm a long-time journalist who is on the receiving end of PR pitches, and this is the book I wish the PR pros would read. It's obvious the author has worked in the real world. It's not a textbook full of theories but instead features specific ideas that can realistically be put in place. I think small business owners in particular stand to benefit from this book. Go through, highlight a few ideas, follow the advice and I'm sure you'll see results.
