Mathematical techniques called aggregation operators are used to combine several input values into a single representative value. Particularly in the fuzzy and multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) problems you frequently deal with, they are essential to decision-making, fuzzy systems, information fusion, statistics, and artificial intelligence. Weighted Mean (WM): Assigns importance (weights) to individual data points before averaging. Ordered Weighted Averaging (OWA): Sorts values first, then applies weights to the ranked data, allowing for flexibility (MIN and MAX are special cases).
