The first 100 pages are the best I have ever read on the subject. After that it was pretty boring. I would buy it again just for the first 100 pages.

This book is written in a clear and concise manner with concrete examples of how to deal with people to accomplish your purpose. It can be useful with family members, friends and co-workers. It really does work. I refer to it time and again when I have difficulties with people.
