Best Book I've Ever Read!

Highly, highly, highly recommend this book! I didn't even realize how stressed I was until I read some of the moving stories. The prescriptions Dr. Nedd offers are truly helpful and they will start to change your life. After reading the book, I signed up for one of Dr. Nedd's seminars, which was incredibly life changing and inspiring. All my friends have now read the book, and all have the same acclaim.

Practical for short term and long term stress

This book offers practical solutions on how to relieve stress for the short term and the long term either in the workplace or in the home. It takes a look at stress through a holistic approach through emotional well being as well as a scientific looking glass. It stresses the importance of exercise, nutrition, goal setting, and taking time to just relax and breathe. I find the book is easy to understand, the "prescriptions" he gives are great, including the 20 second method to relieve stress. I know this is a book that I'll be revisiting over and over again since Stress is a major factor in all our lives. I would highly recommend that everybody read this book at least once and to understand what they put their body through if they don't manage the stress in their own lives.
