Dedication.... I would like to dedicate this book to whoever struggling especially these days with the global pandemic. A lot of people including families, friends and local communities got affected with this period. This book is just a collection of my thoughts and experiences either with myself or through my social relationships. It might look like a simple book, but it had great effect on me personally every time I read it. I kept waiting for a long time thinking that these dark days will end soon for everyone. Unfortunately, it is still going here in Australia and a lot more overseas. People losing their beloved ones at different ages affecting them spiritually and emotionally. Lots of people losing their jobs affecting them financially and socially. Consequently, stress and anxiety are affecting big portion our communities. I got a great believe that this book can help a lot of people. Currently I am a member of the ACA Australian Counselling Association and I am towards the end of my study in Counselling and Communication Skills. It was a great pleasure combining most of my thoughts and practices and put them in a well-presented book. Please read it carefully and have faith in it.
