If you have children or plan to have children - this book is a massive learning curve for parents and future parents. It is not a matter if a child's self-image will be challenged but WHEN.A better speaker than an author (but Dr. Baird is one of the best communicators in the country), Cliff Baird provides genuine insight to the power of words....how they can build up, but in most case how they can destory others.JD
