Dr. V.P.Wierwille taught taught people how to read the Bible

I have never been inspired to write a book review before today, but this is a unique situation. I first started learning about God (from His Word, the Bible) by way of Dr. Wierwille's ministry in the summer of 1978. Dr. Wierwille simply taught anyone who wanted to know HOW to read the Bible! And in that, we also learned so many, many, many things that God wants everyone to know, like how to pray to Him and get answers, and that is just the beginning....See I. Timothy 2:3 and 4, "For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour; Who will have all men to be saved, AND to come unto the knowledge of the truth." God has made salvation available to mankind, through the life and work of His son, Jesus Christ. See II Peter 1:2 and 3, "Grace and peace be multiplied unto you THROUGH the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord, according as His divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, THROUGH the knowledge of Him that hath called us to glory and virtue." God wants us to know!! There is only one place to go to know what God has to say, and that is the Holy Bible. That Dr. Wierwille's ministry was labeled a cult is ridiculous. But he is in good company: Jesus Christ. Those who are crying, "Cult!" are the ones who don't like their own beliefs exposed as lies by the truth so plainly seen in God's Word. It is that simple. All Dr. Wierwille did was teach people how to read/ research the Bible for themselves! Dr. Wierwille has fallen asleep (died), and The Way International is not the ministry it used to be. But for those who hunger and thirst after righteousness, God will make a way. There are many who are moving ahead with the ministry of reconciliation that Jesus Christ gave us (II Corinthians 5:18-20), researching and teaching God's Word to whoever has a desire to know the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, to know what He has done for us, to know what He would have us do now, to know what the future holds, and so much more. God bless you richly in the name of Jesus Christ.

(Pardon my English) Some years ago, searching the truth, my life was meaningless, defeated by crack and cocaine, I joined a group of people who studied the bible. This occurred after asking God on my knees to show me the way... this is how I started on one of the country branches of The Way Intl. Of course, you've heard all the comments and else... I have nothing to say about it, yet I have wonderful thoughts of VPW and his teachings. Now, I, as many others, have left these gatherings for many reasons, and find ourselves left alone, but knowing God shared his Word with this man with one and only purpose: to pass the truth to those who are truthfully searching for it. I have been seeking VPW's books for years, and when I actually found this page and almost all of his reviews my heart starting beating so hard and right at that moment I thank God because I knew He answered my prayers once again. I have a wonderful life now, and I seriously look forward to buy every single book I can find to continue studying the Word of God the way he wants us to. I am not afraid anymore and I live abundantly. Please, if you find yourself lost in this world of oppinions and thoughts, take a moment, put aside all religious prejudice and ask God for and answer and read this books... they will teach you the bible is the word of God and they will show you the way to know our Lord Jesus Christ....

WOW Ambassador 1984

I am a PFAL Grad and a WOW Ambassador. Dr. Wierwille's teaching taught me to read, believe, teach and apply the the Word of God in my life. I am thankful for what I learned. I miss TWIG and the Ministry, but I am thankful that alot of the books are now being made available with this web-site. I would love to find other believers (former way followers) and fellowship via internet orin person.

To know that you know!!! Some of you know what I mean!!

I logged on to shop for a Youngs literal taranslation. Before I logged out I thought "let me just see what happens when I type in Dr. VPW name." I was amazed, thrilled, and my heart starting jumping and skipping just to see some of his books I can no longer find...they were online here. The comments from other believers too! PFAL grad 79 here. All the things you all say are so true. Having meet him once, having heard him teach in Ohio many, many times, and having been saddened by his going to sleep and watching the Way "fall" apart left me with few other believers to share with. I was lucky enough to have many family members also be grads of the class so I do have some like minded family. Dr. was a wonderful man and teacher among other things. I think in some ways he know what would happen after he died. He spoke many times of how the 1st century chruch fell, and changed after the death of Paul. I think he just didn't want to believe it would happen and prayed that it could stand. In the end the saddest thing is that his books, and the word he taught is almost impossible to find. The Way as it stands now will no sell me any of his books or tapes and since they have the copyrights I don't know how to get some that I no longer have. The things the world have said about him and the ministry are not true.But you all know what he had to say about the world when it came to people who spoke the truth. He taught me to use my own mind!!! He did not take my mind from me. I study and read the word, have looked at religion in this world today and I always come back to what I know is true......because it does fit like a hand in a glove and I know, that I know, that I know the truth of God's wonderful word. ... ...and for the others who read this and have not read any of his books.........they all are 5+++ rating. Read them, consider his words, don't be afraid....the last I know you couldn't be "brainwashed" by reading a book. See for yourself.....that you may know the truth too. God Bless.

The rightly divided truth!

I have been a born.again Christian my whole life.I study and read out of the King James Version Bible.I want to clairify some amazing truths about the author of these books, Dr. Victor Paul Wierwille.He was a great man of God rightly dividing the word of truth and standing on the word with FIRE!This man's desires to study God's will/word of truth to help others understand the full capacity of their maxium potential was simply amazing!He is only a man like the rest of us (true) but it is just so rediculious as to how certain people(s) bash againes his name.He was the founder of The Way Ministry which was a wonderful non.denominational Christian body of believers who all had the same passion to learn about the truth and after he passed away in the 1980's the advisory seeped into the path of believers and corrupted the Way.Today I, as well as many others, am no longer a part of The Way Ministry.I am not saying anything bad about it because I have no right to judge and I'm writing all of this because others have done just that against a man who no longer lives today. (I am also recommending a fantastic book) If and when in the future the book is available again, I strongly suggest that anyone who wants to learn more of what God and his son Jesus Christ have to say, then I recommend this book as well as studying the bible for yourselve's with love in your hearts.
