another great book

If your interested in thinking about the formal qualities of pottery, how they developed and why certain forms are aesthetically pleasing, Rhodes does a great job at discussing and illustrating it here.

Great Book on Practive and Theory of Pottery Form

Daniel Rhodes discusses connections between items occuring in nature and pottery which we instinctively find attractive. This book should be part of any potter's library. His style of writing is direct and also unpretentious.
