The trade union committee, which he headed, financially supports all the initiatives of the young people. The caf -club "Under the Integral" and the children's art school are functioning. The symphony orchestra starts to perform. The author manages to organize the place for the club of the young technicians and the skating ring. He takes care in organization of the spa treatment for the scientists and their families.
