Floating from Heaven to Earth

Think back to a time in school or at home when you really got a lesson someone was trying to teach you. I'd be willing to bet there was a story involved. We learn best through stories. It is part of our nature as human beings. It would follow, then, that gifted storytellers are great teachers.Suzanne Vaughan is a great teacher. "Potholes and Parachutes" is a compilation of stories Suzanne has been sharing with audiences for years as a professional speaker. She is known in the industry as a presenter who really speaks from the heart. One needs to go no farther than these stories to have proof of that.One of the marks of a great story is universality. As I read Suzanne's tales, I was constantly taken back to times in my own life when I felt the same emotions. I found myself mentally reliving some of those times as I read. That's powerful! Many times, I found myself laughing and crying at the same time.Read this book. Suzanne's stories of hope and healing are gems. My only wish is that the book was longer, but that only makes me treasure what is there all the more.
