This work occupies a new perspective on the process of description in order to provide a general, all-encompassing language for scientific observation and development. The methodology includes an axiomatic approach as well as a specific elaboration which grounds on simple concepts and mathematical interpretations. Subsequently, the elaborated language is translated into an algorithm-like counterpart. Furthermore, a new approach in science philosophy is presented which the new elaborated language is applied on. The result is a paradigmatic algorithm describing the evolution of scientific branches, including a unification attempt. Beside the main result, further applications and approaches are suggested to illustrate the potential of the elaborated descriptive instruments.
