Portable Feasts is Portable Yum!

The photography throughout is beautiful and helps give a clear idea of each dish and just how easy each is to create. From picnic essentials and small feasts (appetizers and soups) to barbeques and picnics of many varieties (beach, city, backyard, orchard, romantic) this fun book makes "meals on the go" a delight for all. I bought this book as a quick solution for an evening picnic in the park and have used it all summer long for cocktail ideas with friends and impressive dinners for many. I could not belive there are over 100 recipe solutions for great meals. I highly recommend this book for anyone looking to create a healthy delicious meal on the go and/or enjoys the idea of a picnic-even if it is on your own table!
