A family favorite

Unlike many kids books that have annoying songs that will get stuck in your head all day long, this book has a song that will get stuck in your head all day too - but you will enjoy it, especially if you've been singing it in your best pirate accent! The fun, colorful illustrations and catchy tune make this book a favorite for my 3-year old. Also we enjoy the pirate ship and famous pirate information in the back of the book.

Port Side Pirates

This book is fabulous. My 3 yr son has delayed speech and singing really helps. This song has a catchy chorus that my son is able to repeat it. He also love pirates so both the song and the colorful book is a big hit.

My son loves it!

My 5 year old pirate lover LOVED this book. It comes with a CD and song that matches the words on the pages. He even sang it out in his sleep! Fun.

This book and its accompanying CD is absolutely great - great fun for both the lucky children hearing or reading the book, and for the adults who can appreciate the well-written and visually exciting text. The illustrations are wonderful and educational. And its musical component brings this book to life. There is a theme song which goes along with the text and is on the CD. Plus, the music for this song is printed in the back of the book so that it can be played on the piano and everyone sing along.
