Couldn't put it down!!!!

What a great book! The story is so interesting and entertaining that I couldn't put it down. Lillian's attention to detail makes you feel like you are right there with the characters. Can't wait to read Banned in Boston!!!!

Great Read!

I'm from Boston, and Lillian Kiernan Browns book "Banned in Boston" was a must read for me, for I saw her perform in burlesque when I was a kid in the 1940's in Scolly Square! So, I knew I had to read her new book, "Port of Death" We've all read books that have some "show stopper" pages, but then the next five pages let you down until you hit another eye opener. Well, Lillian Brown gives the reader 100% on every page of Port of Death. It's a fast, fascinating read, and you will be glued to your chair until you finish the last page! Banned in Boston is to Burlesque, as Port of Death is to a small segment of the Cold War. Don't miss either book! Keep on writing Lillian! Jack Orth author

A great look back in time...

...by someone who was there. Lilly Has taken her personal experiences and woven them into a marvelous book, one that seems more like history than fiction, but at the same time is very entertaining.

Port of Death

What a read! The title might lead you to believe that it is just an espionage tale, but Lillian has once again captured the feelings of her characters and laid them bare on the pages. Mac is the protaganist and his courage and emotions carry you quickly through this intricate story.

A book that is hard to put down

This is a wonderful book that once you start reading you will want to continue reading to see what happens. It was so interesting that I read it twice. I ordered 2 extra to give as gifts. I also read Banned in Boston by Lillian Brown and it was another book you couldn't put down until you are finished. Wonderful Author!
