Not Perfect By A Long Shot

The good: The last part of the book do have really good help for developing a more secure attachment The bad: This book tries to help an often underrepresented group but falls short in many ways despite the authors own non monogamy experience the book is filled with mononormativy and amatonormativity frequently devaluing relationships that dont look like a "typical" relationship (such as long distance ones) as well as friendships this book also seems to largely be for the specific audience of people trying to turn a monogamous relationship into a polyam one and doesnt have a lot of room for people outside of that specific situation
