Love, Love, Love...

I absolutely LOVE this journal. I double-checked the lock over and over again before I decided to purchase it, and it's still intact. I even paste magazine clippings all over the pages, and the thing will still lock. Wow. *knocks on wood* This journal is the perfect size, and I'm really enjoying it so far. I bought mine at B & N, though, so I was able to test everything out. If you really want to make sure the lock works well, I would suggest going to an actual store to test it for yourself. Other than that, it might just be the luck of the draw on this one.

For Another Granddaughter

This journal was purchased for my 8 year old granddaughter for Christmas. I let her open it early so she, too, could begin writing down her "Important Events & Thoughts" for the holiday season. Her first entry was on the day she opened it. She loved the colors. She liked the keys, but wasn't that impressed that it locked, at least not yet! I'm happy with the purchase and so was my granddaughter.

Great diary!

This is a great diary! When I got it, it was unlocked, and at the back there was a tiny envelope that had 2 keys on a red string for me to use. This diary's spaces between the pages are probably around the width of your pinkie finger. Counting both sides, it has about 195 pages or so, making it worth the purchase. It's large by not too large, and it's outside edges are smooth and pretty. The pages are a light pink color, which isn't too hard for the eyes. It's a great diary, and I am planning on buying another one once the one I have right now is used up. 8)

Substantial, Elegant Journal

Oh I wish I wish I had something like this when I was a child! I was pleasantly surprised by the size, weight and ease of use this journal has! It's a very substantial journal which surprised me due to the awesome price & gorgeous to boot! Very modern colors (although pink) & was a hit at Christmas! Highly recommended!

Great Journal for poetry

This was a gift for my daughters friend. She loved it. Funky colors, nice paper, we bought a very nice pen to go with it along with a framed photo and she was thrilled.
