Given the relevance of the research topic and the fact that it has not yet been selected as a special research object, the main purpose of the study was to analyze the activities of industry in Uzbekistan between 1925-1941 and the process of system reform, and produce a generalized conclusion. - it is based on the fact that the repressions of the Soviet regime did not exclude the industrial sector, in particular, hundreds of young specialists who worked to improve the economy and industry of their republic were repressed as "foreign spies" and "enemies of the nation"; - during the implementation of the industrialization policy in Uzbekistan, it was proved that the specialization of the production of industrial products in the region, as a result of this process, the development of the regional industry today was evaluated as a complication of the monarchy system, and that industrial enterprises were built in the regions where there are railways; - artificial acceleration of industrialization in the formation of the structure of industrial workers, staffing of factories and enterprises, training of engineers and technical personnel with secondary and higher education, as a result of which the necessary ratios in industrial construction in the Uzbek SSR were violated, the shortage of specialist personnel, higher education institutions and workers' qualifications in the field of industry based on the fact that there were problems with the non-creation of the upgrade system.
