Thoroughly disappointed but amazing customer service.

I want to mention getting a refund was easy and the person I talked to was wonderful and I greatly appreciated her help. The condition i received my book was abysmal consider the site said it was in " great condition ". The dust jacket was ripped like a dog had gotten to it, it was upside down covering a tear 3 inches from the bottom that was torn all the way into the book binding.
