Pointers to a Spiritual Life is a guide to living a loving, fulfilled, spiritually based life. Use it for inspiration, training, gaining understanding and direction. The first short part tells of how I came to get the understanding that is shared here. The second is made up of inspiring messages I received when teaching workshops in spiritual development in several European countries.the third is a sort of training manual I received when I was living in a small outpost of the Findhorn community on a Hebridean island and the fourth is a more general guide to a spirituality based on love. Carol was a member of the Findhorn Foundation for 10 years and still lives in the local area as an extended community member. She visited the Indian spiritual teacher, Sai Baba several times while he was still alive. She has written several other books
