Jean-Jacques Fournier is a native of Montreal, Canada. He started writing in California in the early eighties. In the process of reinventing himself, numerous times, his penchant for the language of poetry seemed best suited for him to express life's experiences. He pursued his writing in the south of France, where he met his wife, Marianne. He currently lives in the Eastern Townships of Quebec, where he started a blog "Poetry on a Canap ". He has published twenty-one books of poetry to date. Most of his poems have been recorded by the author and their recital can be heard on his blog.
