My book "Poetically in Motion" is a collection of poems touching on a variety of subjects. The book was written years ago while I was in college and finished years after graduating. It is a timeline of events including my personal life occurrences that are unorthodox. There are poems about domestic violence, rape, abortion, black unity, skepticism, reflection, trauma and more. The wide range of subject matter is what is in motion, so many different types of feelings and images of realism it makes your mind think differently. More abstract and can shift your perspective on things.
