Poetic Justice is a journey of healing from trauma. This poetry is a document of what it feels like to try and make sense of the emotional ups and downs of life in a world that bombards you with chaos and inconsistency. These works are the lesser offensive observations of what I consider to be a universal subjective observation of North American struggles and ideologies. They are a coping mechanism and a reminder that we are still growing and making progress towards a better humanity. The poems in each section relate the moments where we feel the need to succeed and rise to the challenges we face even though there is a paradoxical tension in society's demand for individual greatness at the expense of collective progress.
