Dear heart,

If you feel your heart is in need of a jump-start. If your heart is heavy, and you feel alone. If you feel you have lost your heart, and wandered this world, and still feel hungry for that feeling of home. If you've had your heart broken and shattered so badly that you can't find any of the pieces. Know, I have found a shard, and the light reflected in it, is whole, and beautiful.

If you feel in need of comfort, in need of a knowing you once lost, read this book, and remember, this poetry is something your own heart knows. Read it as if I was writing it directly to you, from my heart to yours.
