Joy had a devastating fall that broke her hip, three ribs, sternum and multiple bones in her wrist, leaving her faced with a long and painful road to recovery. Despite the physical pain and emotional toll, she found a way to connect with her inner strength. As she sat for hours in quiet reflection, she began to write poems from her window.

What started as a means to express her deepest fears and struggles gradually became a source of healing and solace.
