A teenage girl, Gracie, finds a pixie trapped in a pocket watch. The pixie, nicknamed Snap, has giant gaps in her memory and doesn't even know her real name. Snap, Gracie, and Gracie's family go on a quest to free Snap from her prison in the pocket watch and help her regain her memories. Along the way, the group must defeat Snap's evil fairy nemesis, Fantasmagoria.
