Plunge the seal is playing with his Orca whale friends while taking a break from cleaning the sea of plastic waste and discarded rubbish. When they notice, what they think, is a creature emerging from the depths of the sea. They find out from the very knowledgable Doctor Beluga, that the creature they can see is a nuclear submarine. And of course, because Plunge the seal is a nosey little character. He cannot resist getting himself, and his friends, the Orca whales, involved in helping the Navy SEALs to repair the submarine's propeller which is entangled in a trawl net.
