My name is Larry Howard, and my friends mom wrote this book when we were neighbors in California, back when me and her kids were in middle school, and her book is very touching and well written. Keep on written' Ms. Monique.

Truly Inspirational and Uplifting

This is a book for the 90's and for every Christian woman. It tells of the struggles, the defeats, and the successes when trying to lead a Christian life. The conversations with God are so real and uplifting that I read them repeatedly.The book is truly awesome! I have recommended the book to my bookclub and my young adult group at church. It's a burden removing, yoke-destroying, bondage-breaking bk

The book is real. Its speaks to your soul. It encourages you to be real with yourself and God. It turns up your communication with God tremendously. It also lets you know that you don't have to compromise your Godly standards to get "Mr. Right." The book is so detailed. Once you get into it, you'll feel like you're right there in the scenes hearing, hurting and rejoicing. You'll identify, cry, laugh and be healed!

I just read this book and was wondering if Monique had read my personal journal. I specifically remember a conservation with God that she had on 8-14-94. I had that same conservation with God in 1996. I swear I wrote the same thing in my journal. I would definitely recommend this book to all my single Christian sisters. Yes, the road gets rough and like the character we make decisions based on the flesh. We know better, but sometimes its hard to say NO. I understand the character actions, because I too did some of the same things. I know I had the same experiences. I found this book to be inspirational and uplifting. I prayed, I laughed and I shouted GO ON GIRL. I finished it on Saturday and was reading it again on Sunday. It really deserves 100 stars. There is nothing like knowing you are not alone in your walk with the Lord.

Monique! Words cannot express what you've done by just writing this book. Your openness, honesty and of course, your boldness is amazing to me. Girl, you have inspired me and have changed my life! THANK YOU for writing a book that SAYS everything we women feel deep inside but are too afraid and ashamed to share with others. After reading PLUM CRAZZZY! I'm no longer ashamed...but FREE to be ME!!!
