Do you love to hike or take a walk? Then help clean the environment Pliking is a trend from Sweden where people combine walking / hiking with picking up garbage and trash. This activity provides a variation in body movements by adding bending, squatting and stretching to walking.

Use this notebook to track your hikes and improve your fitness while rescuing mother earth. Furthermore, take note of items, that are too large or dangerous to be picked up by yourself but desperately need to be removed. Either contact the relevant authorities and provide them with the necessary information stored in your notebook or organize a group to take care of the problem.
