Playground part 1: Luke Reeves, a criminal of Bencroft, AR, is making a name for himself as a ruthless man. Along the way, he crosses paths with Joey Ryder and his friends. Luke Reeves attempts to keep Harlan Reeves' cult alive.

Joey hosts an overnight radio show, where the topic has to do anything with the macabre. Luke calls into the show one night, and that event causes a series of events to unfold in Joey's life and the people closest to him.

Playground part 2: God has to examine the lives of those affected by Harlan Reeves the crimes he's committed, and the chain reactions he's caused. God, a girl named Logan, gets help from one of the Devil's assistants named Cambry. They have the task of having to decide what the future holds for Harlan Reeves.
