Wipe off workbook

I was very unsatisfied with the item especially because I paid $16.99. I was not expecting the book to have what appears to be water damage as well as the majority of the pages are written on with permanent marker and my granddaughter is not able to use the book because of scribble on pages as well as permanent marker being on the pages
