The beginning of my 50 years of Louisiana cooking.

Not your usual recipe collection. There is a single Jambalaya recipe, a single Gumbo recipe, etc. These recipes have been selected as the very best. My parents gave me this cookbook and the whole family has enjoyed the benefit of my cooking at least half of these recipes. All were so wonderful that I have purchased books for all the nieces and nephews so the next generation can continue to enjoy the treasures they have known at our family table.
