This is a must read for anyone seeking help through change!

I picked up this book after participating in one amazing seminar led by Dr. Lapp. On stage she is powerful, humorous and has amazing energy. I understood that she was a psychologist, so was anticipating an intellectual read. I was pleasantly surprised in reading this book that it's real focus on guidance through change is infused with down to earth and humorous writing. As a management trainer, I found that I am beginning to naturally incorporate the easy to read tips in my training. I lent it to 2 friends already and they loved it so much they bought their own copies. Thanks Dr. Lapp for your efforts at making a difference!

This material makes sense!!!

I posted a review for the hardcover book of the same title so will avoid redundancy. As part of a package following one of Dr. Lapp's speeches to our organization, I was able to purchase this CD set and book, along with 2 other titles by Dr. Lapp. She made quite an impact on us.I want everyone to experience this work, as it has made a big impact on me and naturally on the managers I train. This is a revolutionary work in managing the inevitable change that we face as individuals and as employees/managers as part of a system. Even the "common sense" information makes an impact in the way it is presented, so that I was really able not only to get it but follow up and apply it. I play the CDs in the car on my way to the office and find them inspiring!

A Must-read for CEO's and Managers!

Leaders have been talking about change for the longest time. Finally a book to help understand how and why and what it takes to cope with change. I would recommend this book to any leader who wants their team to not just survive, but thrive in the new millenium!

Down-to-Earth Guide Through Change

Each chapter of this book is a separate area of change. I liked that it was clear, down-to-earth and filled with examples I could relate to easily. It really is a guide through change for managers if you're creating changes from scratch or are stuck halfway through the process. Helping the company overcome resistance was the most helpful. I see this book for a small or medium sized business more than for the giants. Some of the changes the author proposes would take an army to make them happen. However, this was an infinitely helpful book and one of the best on change management.
