These are fictitious, short stories. But they depict the lives of many children, adolescents and young adults alike, living on our planet. Many ask the question why?

Contemporary issues, often not addressed, can affect all of us, in some way or another.

Distraction to lesser fripperies, more recently, make it hard to accept these 'truer' narratives, that occur, globally.

We should be concerned too, if we care about the future of our children, and indeed our own world.
