The effect of climate change cannot be overestimated, but those who will inherit the worst of it are not yet born, which perhaps explains why so many on this planet do not appear take it seriously. However, what about those beings from other planets who look upon us and wonder why we just seem to carry as though what we do here is not actually killing our planet? Any serious researcher will soon discover that we ignore it at our peril. So does it take an alien community to drop in on us to see exactly what we are doing about it, if anything? So, who, or what, was the strange being who dropped in on our heroine with the brief to shatter our complacency and get the lazy, greedy, arrogant, stupid, selfish and ignorant who do not want to have their lives upset by what they call alarmist scientists? Believe me, we certainly do need knocking off our backsides rolling up our sleeves and dealing with it. Thing is, we are rapidly running out of time. Pippa and her friend make that very clear.
