Fantastic book, unlike any other I've read

I have many, many, many books on pilates, including manuals from certification centers such as Stott. This book is the best of the bunch. It is the only book I've come across that makes it easy for you to diagnose the problems you have with your posture and provides a 30 minute exercise plan to address the problems with your posture. I can't say enough good things about this book. You have to get it!
