Pierre is a beautiful pedigree poodle who lives in Paris, France. He and his beautiful poodle friends love the Eiffel tower. They also love to pose in front of it, for the tourists. One day Pierre has a mishap at the local doggie salon, 'Boutique Le' Doggie' which leaves him looking quite DIFFERENT He is so embarrassed and upset that he runs away down the sidewalk, only to run right into the side street gang of dogs.
