Pieces: of poetry

Hello I'm Hannah.: ) I wrote Pieces as a sort of time capsule for the emotions of the past few months for me. Not autobiographical, not fictional, I was inspired by events in my own life, as well as the lives of people I look up to, and even TV shows.

Initially, I wrote long poems, but eventually, I began to grab my favorite pieces from them. It was really organic and more representative of my life because I've been feeling in pieces. Sometimes, this brokenness is reflected in the writing, and at other times, there's a hope that I struggled to make myself believe and wouldn't let go of. Together, these pieces of thoughts form a journey about letting go... and holding on. It'd mean the world if you checked it out.
